In light of the current pandemic, I have moved my counselling practice online. If you’re not sure how this would work for you, do get in touch for an initial chat.
If you're looking for profound and lasting change, counselling can help. I am a qualified counsellor and therapeutic art practitioner, and I am registered with and accredited by the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy). I work to their ethical standards.
I can support you in exploring and resolving emotional issues such as:
Inner Child issues
Abuse of all nature
Bereavement and Loss
Personal development and growth
My counselling practice is grounded in the Person-Centred approach, and I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where we’ll work holistically, as there is more to our humanity than the physical and mental aspects. I counsel with a spiritual perspective (nothing to do with institutionalised religion, and everything to do with The Self), combining the esoteric (mindfulness, embodiment, meditations, etc.) with the creative process (which always starts with breathing properly). I’m passionate about emotional wellbeing as it underpins authentic living.
I work with adults only and offer face to face as well as online counselling (using the Zoom platform).
I'm also part of the Relational Spaces network of psychotherapists and offer counselling from rooms in Gower Street, central London (less than 10 minutes walk from Euston or Euston Square Station).
